Business itself, in a sense, is the interchange of beliefs more than anything. Above Time Management is the more elegant and more relevant BELIEF MANAGEMENT.

This is not just "fake it 'til you make it", or some other positive thinking practice. It has to do with the relationship between the business experience and the beliefs held by those who operate in the business environment.

Consider what occurs in business when the belief that currency is reliable gets undermined, or when the belief in a product's value falls apart.

Belief in money, belief in valid production, belief in effectiveness of management, all are the front face of our "business belief systems". Behind this is an entire structure of core beliefs which determine exactly what kind of business we are or are going to be in, how we are going to do at it, and what directions our businesses will grow in -- or not.
